I called up earlier today (10-19-09) and was on hold for 20 minutes until I actually had the chance to speak with anyone. This young man then put me on hold for another 8 minutes just to tell me they cancelled my order a couple weeks ago. The reasoning was because my billing address and shipping address were different and I put the billing phone number associated with my card unknowing that it was cancelled. I expressed that I was upset that no one tried to contact me via email nor refund my payment. He then hung up on me. I feel as if they acted in a very unprofessional manner and that the "Customer Service" was very horrible. If not resolved by days end, I will submit my complaints to every board possible including the BBB.
