The Impact Commuity action center has a winter crsis program by the Goverment funding the impact and the breath association is only takeing 40 customer and they stop takeing any more after 7 am. I feeel that their wrong for doing this because Impact close at 5pm. Is this the right place to complaint to.? I mean customer are standing out side the place between 4 am and 7 am.

Plus their not giving appointment your lucky to get thought at 12 am. This winter crsis program is over in March I hope I get the help. Plus the customer are out side early i mean early plus impact have appointment customer on the in side too. Is there any other action center help with winter crisis?
