Same worker keeps harrassing us!

We filled out not one, but TWO of the paper census booklets. Now, we have had a worker come to our apartment complex... Even after it is gated closed!!! We were nice the first time and explained that we did NOT need to invite her into our home because A. She is a stranger, and B. We had already completed TWO copies of the census. She tried explaining to my husband that she has the right to enter our home and force us to answer her questions. Nope. Don't think so. She JUST showed up again. Even after I told her kindly that we were not going to be harrassed by her again, she continued to bang on our door and yell at me to open my door.
