"bump" steals... Won't return money, until threatened with jail by police

This man will lie, cheat, and steal off of anyone (friends, family, girlfriend). If you start a relationship with him, he will tell you all the sweet nothings you want to hear, then cheat on you. When you confront him, he will deny it. The more proof you have, the angrier he gets, and he will get physical... Eventually he will apologize, tell you he'll never do it again, he loves you, he wants to spend his life with you and marry you, and he will do anything to prove it.
He will offer to give his daughter up for you in order to prove how much he loves you! If he fears you're still breaking-up with him, he will steal money from you! He will deny stealling it as long as he can blaming his mother's boyfriend for stealling it! When he finally admits to stealling it, his excuse will be "I didn't mean to take that much!" and "I knew you wouldn't come back unless I took the money!"
You will have to get the police involved before he returns the money, and still have to wait a few days, until he can figure out how to replace what he spent.
