Lost or stolen meds in mail

I'm a US Expert. I'd surgery in the Experts Hospital in SLC in regards to a month before to possess my right-foot amputated, because of a classic Military damage. I've required pain medicine because the surgery, it had been delivered to my home about 300 kilometers in the clinic. The final moment I delivered for this, it never quit the SLC postoffice, though it was in the future certified mail. It was delivered about the 29 of March and that I haven't gotten it. I'd might not protest if this hadnot occurred various other occasions, just using the drugs I've been delivered. I visited the postoffice below to begin a study but have not seen from their website. Anything looks bad within the SLC postoffice.
