I am a 74 year old widow who bought a new mobile in 2002 the roof vent is broken and it has been over 4 months since I reported it. I keep getting excuses. I can not afford a lawyer and how can I get them to repair this before it ruins my place? There is no reason for it taking this long. I have paid out a fortune for long distnce calls. The man I bought it from says he no longer handles fleetwood. He won't help. They have not stood behind their warranty
