Stole credit card information and charge without any authorization

Checked my october credit card statement and found out i was charged $9.76 from profitvault which never give any authorizations. I called back to the company and found out they have the same address as another company that i placed a trial order in july. Surprisely. I think i talked to the same girl from other company i listed the previous complaint. Of cause she denied it. She can't even explain where she got my credit card information. What a bunch of internet robbers! Thanks to my credit card company again for taking care of it!
