This accomplished thief bought several copyrighted CD collections from me and is now pirating the contents in an eBay listing. This happened before in 2005 and eBay shut the listing down, but not this time. She uses numerous eBay IDs to buy other peoples work and resells them.

I have no idea why eBay has not shut this listing down as well unless it is the fact that I refuse to sell my CDs on eBay anymore. Apparently my work can only be protected as long as I sell it on eBay. I have faxed a copy of the 2005 NOCI to VERO at eBay as well as 2 more current NOCI (Notification of Claimed Infringement) to Vero.

Evidently I am one of many victims of this poor (in ethics and honesty) lady as I have heard from others. Any assistance that can be given in keeping this person from stealing anymore work and being held accountable for the theft of mine (as well as eBay for not shutting the listing down) is welcome to contact me.
