Line of Credit For Small Business SCAM

On Feb. 24th 2010 we were soliciated by the above constantly called tellling us that they would guarantee a line of credit to our business. They said that it would be a guarantee that they could get it for us. We made it very clear from the start that we personally do have good credit and we were reassured by Mr. Kerr that this would not be an issue and that he can gurantee the loan they have 100's of institutions that can give us a line of credit, he said the first step was to send them 2500.00 by wire to get things rolling we did reluctantly after several weeks of not hearing from mr. Kerr or the company or any of its employees finally after about a month we finally receive a call and they said oh yes they are working on our line of credit but they need another 2500.00 against our better judgement we wired the funds after yet once again being reassured we would have a line of credit in 30 days with our business having financial hardship we again sent the money to try and repair our companies financial difficulties. We were guaranteed a line of credit at a very small interest rate of 3-5% and guaranteed a line of 100,00.00 with repayment year ranging from 20-30 years. So far since feb they have sumbitted apps to only two companies out of their so called 100's one being wells fargo to whom i have a deliquent mortgage i made it very clear to them that we have not so great personal credit and are working with our financial instiutions to make arrangements for payments due to our financial hardship. And just recently 10-10 a company called on deck they have stipulations as well a minimum of 15 bank deposits a month and when i spoke with them we were declined as well but the whole time not hearing a decision from First national i had to go online find the lending institution and call them my self. If we could make 15 deposits a month on average im sure we would not be searching for financial help. Mr. Kerr personally reassured us himself i have kept records of all transactions and all emails regarding this company. This comapany is a SCAM please post this so others do not get robbed so far like we have. To date i continue to call and email them with no response what so ever they obviously can not get us the line of credit and ive numerous times requested a refund from them. They have no right to keep our 5000.00 dollars. I have records since feb to date of all conversations and all emails between them and i. Oh they have also changed all their phone numbers but when you call the mailbox is full at all numbers. Wonder Why? I really would like for them to be investigated by the banking commssion
