Ed Kasper talks a lot about money refunds and product refunds if not satisfied. He promised money refunds, several arrangements were made, and the man is not true to his word. He does his best to give me the runaround and now I am out over $50. The product, Kombucha cultures suck! That is, unless you don't mind the taste of a vinegary premature, more trouble than it's worth beverage.
