Drafted my credit card without authorization

I clicked on an ad for Priceshuffle.com last weekend and decided to set up an account. The ad said that I'd get 300 bids free for signing up. Today I found out they charged my credit card $149 dollars for signing up. I was told to send an email to the company for a credit to my account, but haven't heard back from them since I sent it this afternoon. I participated in a couple of the auctions with the "free" bids and never got close to winning anything. The whole concept is a big rip off.
