I have sent various e-mails to inquire about receiving a refund for funds transferred from my account. I was charged $75 for bids I was not totally aware that I was purchasing. They claim that in their "Terms of Service" there is an e-mail and physical address listed. It is not. I have reviewed the "Terms of Service" multiple times and do not find this information. Is xbids.com a fraud?
