This is a scam to make you believe you have won a large amount of money but if you read the back of the first page it tells you you did not win any money and that they (drd) is just a reporting service. They will sell you information to third partys and and you will loose you 19.99 and they will press bounced check fees on you if your check is not good at the time. It is very sad that a perosn such as this robert richards is such a prediator and knows that in this sad economey people need hope and will reach for the gold ring if the words are right (read the back of the first page it protects mr. Richards as it is a disclamer) this is a scam you did not win any money be very careful dont get taken. I am sorry to tell you bad news
