US Mortgage funding contacted us with a great opportunity to modify are home loan we where told are interest rate could be as low as 3% but know higher then 5% They needed $1800.00 for processing fees If they where not able to assist us with the modification they would give us are money back. They told us it was not necessary to make are house payment during the modification process. We called periodically and they told us everything was going good that they where working with a lot of applications that it was going to take time. Then we got a letter in the mail from an attorney saying are house was in for closer. So I called again and they told us that was part of the process that everything was going good. So we waited a little longer and hadn't herd anything so when we called the last time they told us we did not qualify and that they where sending the money back. Then the very next day we get a letter stating are house had been auctioned off and we needed to vacate in five days we contacted the new buyer and they gave us an extra five days to find some where to stay. We had to relocate and find another place to live we needed are $1800.00 back to relocate they said we will be put on a waiting list and we would receive are money around the 23rd of October and it is about that time so we tried to contact them and every number available was disconnected
