Udget billing (estimate)

I paid off the billing for the Summer... Therefor there should be a new meter reading for the upcoming winner. Bill due (9/7/10.. Billing date 8/4/10.. Paid $295.22) next billing date 9/2/10.. Due 10/4/10 in the amount of "$450.22"meaning they hadn't posted last payment. But what killed me was that on the due date 10/4/10 I get another bill due 10/25/10 how is that possible. Plus my anniversary date was removed. As I am a disable vet in a wheelchair and they know this. This isn't the first time. My checks come on the 1st. Of each month so I was give an anniversary date. And this would not be happen like this.
