Ack around sept 18 i filed on line for a payday advance. Biggest mistake ever. This company along with two others automatically debited my account for services that i did not want. When i spoke to jean roberts she refused to refund my money. If i was trying to get a loan (which i did not receive) why in the world would i want a stupid credit card to order things off line - common sense i need money to pay bills - not to waste on a card and shopping with them - 14 other people have filed complaints with the bbb - everyone that has been robbed by this company needs to filed a complaint - so that this will not happen to innocent people again.
