I schedule a ride for 72 year old mother for the past 8 months and have problems with them every since day one. Today they did not pick her up as schedule or took her off the schedule today why i dont know. I have tried every thing with these people, this is not the first time. The last time they left her at 7:55 and her pick up time is 8 o`clock and they wanted to charge me for that day i think it is awful for the elder to be treated this way. And the suppose to cater to elderly and handicappe and disable. I talked to the supervisor today she dont`t know whats going on. I have also talked to someone at Andre Bauer`s office to day waiting to hear back from them.
