Lucius Baston JR Investors who buy short sales

Has anyone ever heard of this company. They say they buy short sales and resell them at no cost to owner. They say if you change your mind you can back out but I have been told they then ask for a fee for their "time". My realtor has advised me against them but they seem nice and I really need to get out from this house.
