Pathetic Customer service, Charged $100 for a CHEAP CHINA quality perfume, NO Guarantee: internet

As it was advertised I bought this perfume for $4.99 from this company called Embrace Dolce. Of course associating it to Dolce and Gabanna who I know has a reputation to uphold. Regardless, I made the purchase and got the perfume in couple of day. I tested it out and boy it was HORRID (Seriously have used it Since!). Knowing that I was only spent $4.99 for I didn't care much about returning it for their "MONEY BACK GUARANTEE", since it would have cost me that amount to return it.
Furthermore, Upon making the purchase there were no indications that I will be charged $95 for it. After a month or so when I was reviewing my statement I came across this charge and wanted to of course contest it. So I call up my credit card and we interact with the merchants agent who say that the only way to receive your money back it to Email them at Support@embracedolce.com and expect to hear from them in 48 hours. I go ahead and write them an email requesting a refund and guess what my plea is simply ignored (it take them a MONTH AND HALF TO REPLY, AFTER I HAVE CALLED THEM THREE TIMES). This back and forth interaction with ME, MY Credit Card Company and Embrace Dolce is carried on for months.in the end I get am email stating that I had gone pass their trial period of 10day. One is suppose to contact them within that period and get a refund. This left me wondering if it took me this much effort & time to get a simple response, SURE AS HELL THEY AIN'T LIVING UP TO THEIR PROMISE BEWARE & STAY AWAY FROM THIS MERCHANT... From personal experience they are not worth it!!!
