We hired this company to do a $35,000 job in hernando county. The companys job was to clean the duct work according to nadca standards. After the first two days we slowly watched this companies techniques. They are a complete joke we have defusers still covered in dirt, we cut into the main supply in several places found mounds of dirt, beer cans with experation dates of nov. and mold!!! After these ludacris discoveries we hired a hygenist specialized in air quality control. After he performed vigorous and strategic testing his conclusions/test results came to Duct Detevtives basically did absolutely nothing but put on a good show. This company takes no pride in their work and the owner (who is never on the job site) is the only on nadca certified, none of the employees doing the work are. Please never waste your hard earned money on this company they do residential and commercial. They are a joke!!! They will scam you!!! Rip off!!!
