Flint Smith is a con-man, who asks to borrow money with the intent to pay you back. He has even offered me a job with the fake company, PALMETTO ALTERNATIVE ENERGY DEVELOPMENT, INC. And drew up a contract, but nothing ever came of that. Wonder why.
Do not do business with him even as a CPA. He does not do a good job with that either, he has made several mistakes with the taxes and would never answer his phone.
To all the people that he has scammed out of money. Take action now!
