Charged my bank account without autherization

I received an electronic charge to my bank account for 99.00. I had never even heard of Eclub depot. I went to their website and looked them up. I know for a fact that i never authorized this transaction. I have no idea even where they got my bank account information. My bank account is in both my name and my mothers name (she passed away in January of this year) The transaction had her name on it as if she had authorized it. Why the bank allowed this i have no idea. They have my mom's death certificate on file. Anyway I contacted eclub depot and they are supposedly refunding my money... But it will take a total of 14 days to do. After the 14 days my bank said they would dispute this. Anyway beware of this scam site.
