NSS Magazines a rip-off

I received a "thank you" for filling out a survey after purchasing an item somewhere. I was supposed to get three free issues of two magazines I selected. I got one, and then I got billed for the subscriptions. I also called their number, and did NOT get a person and they said they'd take it off next billing cycle, and there is NO reason why they can't take it off now unless they don't plan on it!

These people need to be sued or investigated or something because clearly this is a major problem!
