After the drama last night of being on hold and switched around for 2 hours, I was assured that everything would be handled when I called back in the morning. This morning during my planning period, I called and there were NO notes made on the account from last night's disaster. Sure enough the bank sucked out the money for the payment and left my account overdrawn. The next due date for my account is... OCTOBER 14!!! I am currently on the phone and they are supposedly taking care of it! They will reverse the debit but it will take up to 48 hours to get the money back.in the mean time—no money for me! Advice for former chevy chase customers—keep close tabs on your account!
