My wife & kid were in a McD's in Cols. OH today and took the food back in because the grease leaked onto her clothes and it was inedible. The 2 girls at the counter laughed at her and made little effort to get the mgr. Finally the mgr acknowledged my wife and was less help than the girls, if that was possible. Money was refunded and they left. This will be the LAST time to this McD's in Lincoln Village!
