The company said it would cancel the contract. However, WB kept pulling money from my son's account. We returned the equipment. Sorry, we had trouble with UPS. Their slow delivery is not our fault. Also, I had to uninstall the equipment climbing on the roof with my leg in a cast.
Please refund my son's money.
