We have been waiting 3 weeks with no contact-have NEVER done this before-feel really ripped off-true?

We have never done this type of thing before-we are both unemployed. The money was paid by money order to speed up the "so-called-process". Why did we not read this report first? Desperate I guess. Now we are still unemployed. You folks showed us a good lesson to be learned. Too good to be true!
