Feature Films for Familes Is Running A Scam!

Several years ago, we purchase films from this organization without any problem. Over the years since, we've gotten calls from them without any problem. This year however, we have received many annoying calls in which they say that we owe them over $80 for orders more than seven years old. (A lie.) BUT... If we order two movies now, why, they'll 'forgive' us. They'd call us two days in a row, and then, when we asked for documentation, merely have a typed email. No hard copy, which is what we asked for. I could have typed up what they'd sent us.

Finally, after more harassment, I phoned the Utah Better Business Bureau. They took care of it within a few days.in their final message to the BBB, Feature Films said they would 'forgive' our 'debt' and quit calling us. The BBB asked if this was satisfactory. I said that they would quit calling us - - - yes, even though they were lying about owing us money.

Then I found on Facebook someone else they are running the exact same scam on. Not only that, but they say she owes the same amount that they claim we did. I let her know what we did, and hopefully, she follows through. These people are mere con artists.
