The above public utility company has been charging their customers of a huge monthly rate of water consumption each month, not to mention the exorbitant fees of fines and late fees plus unexplained re-connection fees. I called the office of the Board of Supervisor concerned, for the unincorporated City of Rowland Heights, but the secretary told me that they have no control of said company as they are a separate and distinct entity which have their own government run by their own board of directors, although some are elected by the residents of Rowland Heights. I called the County Department of Water and Power which told me that there is nothing that they can do about it as the same are a separate entity and that they have their own government. To prove to you of my grievance, I can provide you with material evidence, such as receipts, disconnection notice which contains the amount they charged, etc. Please inquire or check with my neighbors or any resident of Rowland Heights to verify the truthfulness or veracity of my complaint. There is no other recourse that I can think of, but to go to Channel 2.
