Continuous phone calls and harrassing messages, threat of legal action

This company calls repeatately throughout the day. You can barely understand what they are saying, but we can understand the ongoing threats.

They have called both myself and my wife and it sounds like the same person, using different names. Sounds like an Indian accent.

My wife called them back this am and they would not give her any info about who they were or what the "attempted" collection was all about. He told her that he was going to "harrass her all day every day from the time she gets up until the time she goes to bed" Yes that is a quote.

I have started saving my messages and contacted an attorney to see what can be done about the harrassment. Believe me I will do whatever is possible to stop this company and their business practices. Even if this means a class action lawsuit. If you are experiencing simular problems from this company, please save all messages and if possible record any conversations with them.

I have been contacted in the past by bill collectors, but never have I had to endure the amount of calls and harrassment like I have with this company.
