Check Free = The highest dollar check you'll ever write!

I set up a payment for my electricity through Check Free as this is the only "no charge" way to make a payment to Dominion VA Power. I realized I wouldn't have enough to cover paying the original amount as I had more prescriptions to pickup. I returned to Dominion's website and edited my payment with Check Free to $60.00.

A few days later I checked my bank account on-line to make sure I was where I should be financially. Check Free had taken 2 payments instead. One for $100 and one for $60. I called my bank, they said to call Dominion. I called Dominion, they said to call Check Free. I called Check Free where I spoke, over the last week, to three different representatives none of which could or would help me. To my incredible humiliation they did feel it acceptable to call and harrass my bank's manager, expecting them to cover the overdraft fees this was now causing in my account. They finally passed me to Patricia Norton. They felt a "heavy heart" at my financial difficulty but could only approve $50 to cover it.

This has, as of today, cost me $631 in overdraft charges. I don't have back up money or credit cards. I filed bankruptcy last year due to overwhelming medical bills (no credit card debt). I have no money to now cover my rent or gas bill. I have no money to pick up prescriptions, one of which is a blood thinner, or put gas in my car, or buy food.

I'm actually scared this will find me homeless very soon. Thanks Check Free!
