Pathetic

I have never in my life experienced anything like dealing with BH Networks. Since our building can't have direct TV or the dish and we have no other choice for cable, I had to go back to their "service". After 3 missed appointments, a tech finally made it to my loft. And typical Bright House, the box did not work. I was told he would be back the next day with my new box. 2 and a half weeks and 4 phone calls later, I finally got a superviser who assured me a tech would be here on Sunday, between noon and 2 pm. Of course, he did not show. I have now spent 12 hours and 45 minutes (not at once) waiting for technicians to show up and simply make my cable work. I finally had to go pick up a box myself and do a self-installation, but as usual, it did not work. I'll be returning the DVR box tommorrow and downgrade my service to just basic cable. I'd give anything to have Charter or Comcast in Birmingham, Bright House just does not have a clue.
