Not receiving my daily newspaper when I paid for 52 weeks

On 10/27/09 I went to the Fresno Bee/McClatchy Newspaper and purchased 1 year subscription (cash $113.88) of the Fresno Bee. On August 8, I did note receive my paper. I called the Fresno Bee on August 9th and informed them of not receiving my paper. I was told I only paid through July 1 and that I had to pay an additional $15.97. I informed Fresno Bee that I have the receipt that was given to me when I made my payment (receipt#60130) for acct #9220128 and it states (start date 10/28/09 for 52 weeks). Fresno Bee said I would receive a call from a supervisor within 5 days (3-days gone by but no call) I did receive a letter today dated August 9 that said; we reviewed your records and you have an unpaid balance of $15.97. There was an insert with the letter that said save $5.00 with easy pay all you have to do is give us your checking account name/account number or your visa/mastercard number... Now why would I do that when they can't even calculate my last subscription right.
