I did not make a purchase

I was interested in purchasing this product as advertised for $19.99 plus $6.95 S&H. After entering my zip code the S&H jumped to $13.90.instead of processing the order I exited the page. I thought perhaps I had entered 2 items rather than 1. So I entered the order page again, confirmed only 1 item, entered my credit card info and the S&H was $13.90 so I exited the page without processing the order. I then recieved two email indicating my order had been processed, I immediately called the customer service number 1-866-304-4252, the message indicated they were closed on Aug 8 and would open Aug 9 at 8:30 EST. I called the next morning and was told my order had shipped already and could not be cancelled. I did not order these products but was told when I recieve them in two weeks I can return them for a full refund less S&H.
