On the sutherlands website it offers custom building supplies for purchase. You enter in your building specifications and they are supposed to send you an e mail or give you a call with your requested information such as the price when you can pick up your items and so on... We had sent the same building specifications 3 months ago... 3 weeks ago... And we went in to ask the store manager why we had not gotten a response... He replied i have been to busy to check and that we would have to wait until he had the time... He was standing behind his desk talking to another associate when we had arrived... Total jerk! Plus he was sarcastic and had an attitude!!! Do not give your business to sutherlands in pittsburg!
