When you call to order the automated service continues to place two and three orders while you are trying to refute and correct your order. (of course no one can hear you) and then when you receive your order they make sure that it is after the 30 day money back guarantee. Then they take 4 times the money out of your account. The product is absolutely inferior and useless, a piece of paper with some tape. $40.00 was stolen from my account and when I called they basically said "tough luck" your 30 days is up. We need to band together and shut this scam and larcenous company down. It mail fraud.
