A Not So Caring Hand

This company is an unprofessional workhouse of unfair treatment, lack of quality, and misery for both client and employee. I am currently disputing wages I was cheated out of, and I am still reeling from the horrific experiences I encountered. I have been sent to houses in which people still use methamphetamine.in one such house, the ceiling tiles were destroyed during my shift by a boyfriend that was high on meth and thought he had a "drug rig" set up. My safety was ompromised, and as I talked to the clients, I realized the frustration was a two way street. One such client said that her "Caregiver"" frequently fell asleep on the couch during her shift. I heard many stories about supposed caregivers smoking marijuana and drinking right before going to a client's house to administer care. The company treated me terribly, never giving me sufficient hours and constantly causing me stress and frustration. The HR representative, Vianey Bruce, is a snotty, rude, uncaring woman who stiffed me wages, and always spoke to me in a insufferably condescending and harsh manner. While I am overjoyed to be liberated from this horrible outfit, I can't allow any poor soul deserving in-home health care to potentially link up with this company. Employees and potential clients, beware!
