Business Scam

Company avers to rent your timeshare vacation week at high price to executives ($1200-1400), but needs your money to acquire your vacation weeks (bundle of 12 separate weeks) at a discounted price (because of their business relationship with RCI) of only $99; they are to send you the difference between the rented price and the acquired price (over $1000 for each week rented). They agreed not to charge my credit card until they had received my signed contract with them, but instead, they charged my credit card the day following our phone conversation and prior to even sending a contract for me to sign. I've instructed them to credit my credit card the amount charged, but I haven't seen any results yet.
