The Ohio Attorney General's Office is just a shill for the Alarm Companies are are about as effective as a castrated moose. Don't bother to submit a complaint for they will be back within a couple of days to turn you down; run by Democrats this should not surprise anyone; at least they will be out by November; even though my installation was faulty (installed improperly-the Ohio Office told me too bad - pay up and pay up for 3 years even though you have a non-working system; I wonder how much money the Dems get from these alarm companies.
