Sold my cell phone on craigslist to anthony amobi. He stated that he was interested in purchasing my cell phone and that he would send the payment via money order. Mailed the phone off, never recieved

Listed my cell phone for sale on craigslist. A person by the name of Anthony Amobi replied stating that he was interested in purchasing the phone for his daughters birthday. He asked me if he could send the payment for the phone via money order, so I agreed. Not long after this agreement, I recieved an email from a company called merchant services stating taht my money order would be delivered to my door step as soon as I provide tracking information to them. I mailed the item off and provided the tracking info to the company but never recieved a response. I emailed the buyer and asked him what was going on, he stated that "the company failed him" and that he will send me my money. *The address that he gave me for his daughter is in Africa. It's been about a week and a half, I still haven't recieved my money order.
