My complaint results from a long overdue review of my bill. After 90 minutes on the phone speaking with 5 offices and 4 supervisors, we could not come to the same conclusion, that I was paying for services not received. A year ago, I attempted to reduce cost by elimination some services, to include their “Super Fast” internet. AT&T has no record of the conversation, stating they keep records of every contact with their company. I suggested we test that statement. I asked – that time did this call begin? What department & who did I first speak with? I was eventually transferred to you, correct I asked.By whom? This process moved from call center to supervisor to manager, from department to department and they had no record of the call we were still on. That should have proven my case to any reasonable person, except AT&T. This departmental manager would not accept this logical suggestion that they DO NOT KEEP GOOD RECORDS, in fact he became rude suggesting I was looking for a free ride.
