Shoddy product with no replacement/refund

I purchased a projector bulb and it burned out in less than 6 months of use. The original that it was guarrenteed to replace lasted over 4 years. Since I was over they're 6 month warranty due to date of purchase all they would give me is a $10 off coupon. No real effort to help solve the problem after talking to multiple people in the company.
