Wag the Dog Marketing aka wag-the-dog-marketing aka mark cella aka top-dog.org is a big fraud and rip off. They charge you $2000 for SEO and reputation repair, and now I find out that they cannot do what they claimed and they hire people in the Phillipines to do the copy work who barely speak English.

When I confronted Maggie Jones about the lack of service and poor work product she told me flat out that their main investor Mark Cella doesn't have a refund policy. I am going to bring legal action against Wag the Dog Marketing and Mark a cella. Stay away from Wag the Dog Marketing.
