Ad unsweetened tea! - unsweet iced tea

I have always enjoyed getting iced tea at McDonalds because it has been very good and fresh. Recently however, every time I have ordered unsweetened tea it has been so sour that I have had to either get my money back or get a soda (which i didn't want!). Thing is, when I tell the employee that the tea is bad, they usually just look at me like I am crazy and never offer an apology, explanation, or anything. When tea tasted like it has been fermented, I would think that would be a health concern! I can't imagine tea being that expensive for a restaurant to make, especially unsweetened. Now I just take my business to chick-fil-a - never a problem there!
