RIPP OFF - Simply Everything

Sprint enrolled me in the ASL Program without checking my credit report. This program is called spending limits which means that they obtain information from your credit report to enroll customers in this program for a charge of $4.99 a month to be monitored. I have an outstanding credit score for over 10 years of 700 and higher. Now currently at 785. They randomly put in this program supposedly based on my credit history. However, they never even checked my credit history. Several reps told me that something was on my credit history that's why i was enrolled in this program. The credit department told me that they never ran my credit and i was chosen without running my credit. The supervisor of the credit department told me that they did not run my credit but some information was obtained through equifax... That does not make any sense.in order to get information from my credit report you would have to check my credit, that's what equifax is there for!!! Someone is committing fraud and creating a black cloud over my credit where there shouldn't be! He then told me to contact the corporate office. I spoke to 2 supervisor and 5 reps and still no answer. I then called the number gave me and it was not the corporate office. A second rep gave me another number and that wasn't the corporate office and a third rep gave me the corporate office and that number wasn't also the corporate office.

Sprint NIGTMARE!!!
