Unauthorised deductions from my account

On more than one occasion, I had money or a cash balance on my account and they will deduct. 15 or. 10 cents from my account for no apperent reason. If They do this to all they're costomers, can you Imagine much money they are stealing a day from loyal customers. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and there is no telling how much money they have stollen from me not to mention the others.
