I gave this company a $350 deposit on my May wedding. Then my fiancee suggested we meet with the DJ in advance of the final payment. They assured me that they would make him available long before our wedding. Well my long before and their long before were much different. I canceled and requested a refund. Got the run around about the cancellation policy. I filled out the paper work sent it to them in January. No refund, 30 minutes on hold and still no money. I NEED HELP SHUTTING THEM DOWN! I sure could use my refund too!
