I'll make it short and sweet - this company is a great example of what should be posted on usacomplaints.com. We are underpaid - working 13 hour days (Monday through Friday, and a half day on Saturday), while receiving commission-based pay ONLY. Despite what we are told when being interviewed, there is NO opportunity for growth, even if you work Monday through Saturday every single week. You are lied to, and brainwashed, and then are expected to do the same to others who are sucked into joining. For your own good, stay away from these door-to-door marketing companies. It isn't worth it, and there are many other opportunities out there that will make you more successful than Action Inc ever will. There are a ton of companies out there who are looking for people who can be convinced to walk around random neighborhoods, ringing peoples' doorbells - they all have different names, but essentially do the same thing - these "companies" even change their name to stay away from bad posts, such as reports on this website. If I could sum this up in two words, it'd be "Stay Away."
