Although I don't normally trust any craigslist listings of properties, especially ones without pictures or without local contact info. My curiosity got the best of me and I decided to check this particular posting out since it was extremely affordable considering the are it is located in. Here is the email I got when I responded to ask to actually see it in person. (I never follow through with anything unless I can deal locally)
