Called in needing help with SiteBuilder website a few times, and the help staff are not as helpful. Most lack technical knowledge, and some are not as professional. They say they'll call back with a possible answer, but never do. They are more interested in selling their products than answer your questions. Finally, I end up figuring things out myself.
Customer service needs to be improved.
Technical people need to be trained better.
